Jean-Louis Fantino, forever fascinated by history and tales hovering between myth and legend, dreamed of placing his name and his family’s crest – a knight bearing lance and shield astride a galloping horse – on sumptuous Swiss watches that were works of art. The shape of the watch is associated with the shield of the knight which meets the spirit of time.

Courage, Honour and Freedom is the philosophy and figurehead of the watch-brand “Jean-Louis Fantino”.

Designer Jean-Louis Fantino was born in Switzerland of Italian parents from whom he undoubtedly inherited his artistic talent and astonishing craftsmanship. Combining his vast technical expertise and passion for the art of Swiss timepieces, he gave free rein to his creativity when he designed and produced his first watches.
